These conduits are manufactured from specially modified polyamide which is selfextinguishing and free of halogen, phosphor and cadmium. These economical, medium-wall conduits offer great abrasion and impact resistance and are very flexible. They can be used on the turbine, gearbox, between control cabinets, in the hub, for lifts, lighting and most electrical services in the towers and nacelles. These hinged systems are designed for Moltec conduit and can be used in many areas throughout wind turbines. Mounting is secure, efficient and supports conduit runs for applications such as lighting and electrical systems, low voltage, control cable and fiberoptics runs and more. This one-piece connector's characteristics include a guaranteed vibration-free connection to our conduits and a high pullout strength value. It fits both T and G profiles, can be re-opened with a screwdriver for safety reasons and mounts easily by just pushing onto the conduit and turning to ensure connection.
It offers an IP rating of IP68 and together with our conduits offers a high grade of safety and sealing.
