Generic Nacelle

Nacelle Lighting is not unlike tower lighting as it serves a very important purpose and all nacelles have it. Moltec Windpower Products has been providing pre-assembled kits to OEM's for several years, saving them time and money while proving improved end results.

Prior to our offering of such partially pre-assembled and kitted lighting systems, OEMs were employing very costly old school build-in place methods of installing such lighting. By learning from our experience in the field and listening to our customers, MTG Moltec has now introduced its Quik-Fit II, the industries first modular nacelle lighting system, offering fast plug and play installation with no electrical wiring required.

The patent pending design is comprised of modular pre-wired light fixtures and connectorized interconnect harnesses, as well as an array of electrical power outlets and other devices, all constructed using UL recognized or listed and CSA certified components and materials with ETL listing pending on the entire system.

The Quik-Fit II system is designed for very fast and simple installation by non-technical labor and can typically be installed in just a few minutes. The factory tests all modular components both electrically and mechanically to assure the highest quality performance when the system is installed.

OEM’s can now obtain a high quality nacelle lighting system in a modular design that provides them the lowest possible “Installed Cost,” designed for the riggers of the extreme environments in which they are operated.
